1. Interpretation and Definitions

In this Terms & Conditions document, the following words and expressions carry the meanings stated unless the context requires otherwise:

• Users are fully responsible for the security of their password and account login information.
• Any activity that takes place through your account is entirely your responsibility.
• Sharing an account with another individual is prohibited and may result in account closure.

5. Deposits and Payments

mywin7 accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, ShopeePay, and cryptocurrencies including USDT, BTC and ETH. The minimum deposit amount for all methods above is RM30.

All deposits must be made using a payment method registered in the name of the account holder. mywin7 reserves the right to reject any deposit suspected of originating from an unauthorised source or a payment method not belonging to the registered user.

• mywin7 does not charge any processing fees for user deposits.
• Deposit credit time depends on the payment method chosen and the respective service provider.

6. Withdrawals

Withdrawals from a mywin7 account are subject to a minimum amount of RM100 per request. The typical processing time for approved withdrawals is between 5 and 30 minutes.

Users must ensure that all bonus-related wagering requirements have been met before submitting a withdrawal request. Withdrawal requests submitted before wagering requirements are fulfilled will be automatically rejected.

• Withdrawals can only be made to the same payment method used for the deposit, subject to mywin7's current policy.
• mywin7 reserves the right to request identity verification documents before approving a first-time withdrawal.

7. Bonuses and Promotions

mywin7 offers a 100% welcome bonus on the first deposit of up to RM888. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount before any withdrawal can be processed.

Verified calculation example: If a user deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM100, bringing the total balance to RM200. The wagering requirement in this case is RM100 × 20 = RM2,000. If the deposit is RM1,800, the maximum bonus is RM888, the balance becomes RM2,688, and the wagering requirement is RM888 × 20 = RM17,760.

• Each user is entitled to receive the welcome bonus once only.
• mywin7 reserves the right to modify, suspend or terminate any promotion at any time with or without prior notice.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions, including opening multiple accounts to claim repeated bonuses, will result in account closure and forfeiture of all balances.
• The mywin7 VIP Program offers weekly cashback starting from Bronze (up to 0.2%), Silver (up to 0.4%), Gold (up to 0.6%), Platinum (up to 0.8%) to Diamond (up to 1.0%). Eligibility to move to a higher tier depends on user activity and loyalty.

8. Game Rules

All games available on the mywin7 platform operate using certified random number generators (RNG) to ensure fairness and transparency. The outcome of each game round is independent and not influenced by previous results.

11. Limitation of Liability

mywin7 provides its services "as is" and makes no express or implied warranties regarding the continuity, accuracy, or suitability of the platform for any particular purpose of the user.

Gambling carries financial risk. Users are solely responsible for their betting decisions and mywin7 is not liable for any financial losses incurred while using this platform.

• mywin7 is not responsible for losses arising from internet service disruptions, third-party technical issues, or force majeure.
